I currently live in Indiana with my two kids, whom I homeschool. I love to cook, bake, and read. I enjoy trying new foods, meeting new people, learning new things, and developing new skills. I enjoy new experiences - as long as my feet are firmly on the ground! As an animal lover, I've lived with various pets most of my life, and have a 15-pound Maine Coon mix named Dexter.  I am well-rounded and always look for opportunities to learn. I hope to one day have a homestead and grow/make almost everything my family needs.

I grew up in sunny, bustling Orlando, Florida. I got involved in theatre while in community college and fell in love with it. I love being behind the scenes, being part of a team, and knowing that what I'm doing is making a difference. While living in Florida, I joined the US Navy. After boot camp, I went to school in South Carolina and then was stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. I served aboard an aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise, CVN-65, as a nuclear-trained Machinist's Mate. After returning to civilian life, I moved to San Antonio, Texas for a few years, and then relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana.
